Learning Design

I currently work as a Lead Learning Experience Designer for a community-based organization. In my role, I research and test new technologies, assess learning opportunities for staff for newly adopted technologies, create scope and sequences for various topics, create learning materials and assessments, manage the LMS, and evaluate the learning outcomes.
